Employment Hours: 8 am to 12 noon - Monday thru Thursday

PANTRY/BAKER’S ASSISTANT: (part time) Health Card Required
Ability to follow direction related to food preparation for the restaurants. Ability to read and execute standard recipes/procedures in recipe conversion, prepare garnishes, salads, keep areas stocked; Assists the Head Baker/Chef in all related bakery functions and production of all baked goods.

LINE COOK: (part time): Health Card Required
Ability to properly cook all line food items as designated in a timely manner; knowledge of temperatures, all menu items and presentation. Maintain all sanitary procedures as required by health regulations.

BUSSER (part-time): Health & TAM Card Required
Accountable for keeping the dining room clean, stocked and sanitary for the setting and clearing of tables.

FOOD SERVER (part-time): Health &TAM Card Required
Accountable for creating a pleasant dining experience for all guests by taking and serving food & beverage orders efficiently and courteously. Able to push and/or pull, lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. above and below shoulder level, previous experience necessary.

SNACK BAR SERVER (part-time): Health Card Required
Accountable for creating a pleasant experience for all guests by taking, preparing and serving food and beverage orders efficiently and courteously.

CUSTOMER CARE ATTENDANT (part time):
Prepare guestrooms for our guests and deliver customer care service during their stay according to established minimum standards. Basic housekeeping abilities are required and must be able to handle physical and environmental demands.

INSIDE MAINTENANCE PORTER (swing/grave full-time): 21
Basic cleaning abilities; Able to handle physical and environmental job tasks and lift 25 lbs.

SECURITY: (full-time) 21 - Gaming Work Card and TAM Card Required
Previous Security or Military background desired; proficient in oral and written communication skills, able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and able to obtain First Aid and C.P.R. Certification. Must be able to work all three (3) shifts.

TABLE GAMES DEALER: (Extra-board) 21 Gaming Registration Required:
Ability to deal cards (400 games per hour), poker, dice, roulette, etc. a plus. Sell chips to customers; take losing wagers; pay winning wagers; protect the bankroll. Ability to stand, reach or twist in a noisy environment.
