CUSTOMER CARE ATTENDANT (part time):
Prepare guestrooms and deliver customer care service during their stay according to established minimum standards. Basic housekeeping abilities are required and must be able to handle physical and environmental demands.
HOTEL HOUSEPERSON (part time):
Accountable for providing guest room attendants with supplies; count & distribute clean linen; trash removal; move furniture; keep linen room clean and stocked; clean stairways, banisters and lights. Ability to walk frequently, lifts up to 50 lbs., handles physical/environmental demands and tolerates fluctuating weather conditions.
Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures of general engineering maintenance and trades with ability to take direction and follow all departmental policies.
AUDIT CLERK I (days, full-time) 21 – Gaming Registration Required:
Audit all gaming and non-gaming areas in accordance with Company and GCB policies, procedures and guidelines. Must have good math and communication skills. One year minimum accounting/audit experience preferred. Computer knowledge and 10-key by touch. Lotus & Excel experience a plus. Must be able to multi-task. Works early hours.
PLAYERS CLUB AMBASSADOR (part-time) 21, Gaming Required
Provides proactive customer service to Casino players with a high level of enthusiasm with focus on promotions and club benefits; applies effective and diplomatic handling of guest related challenges/problems. Casino experience with emphasis on extensive customer contact, excellent communication and problem resolution skills required.
TABLE GAMES DEALER (Extra-board) 21, Gaming Registration Required:
Ability to deal cards (400 games per hour), poker, dice, roulette, etc. a plus. Sell chips to customers; take losing wagers; pay winning wagers; protect the bankroll. Ability to stand, reach or twist in a noisy environment.
