HOTEL FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE (full time):
Greet and assist guests with all essential check-in/out functions, including all aspects of hospitality including guest settlement, cashiering and credit card transactions. Ability to up-sell rooms in a friendly and courteous manner. Basic computer skills required.
HOTEL HOUSEPERSON (part time):
Accountable to provide guest room attendants with supplies; count & distribute clean linen; pick-up trash; move or add furniture; keep linen room clean and stocked; vacuum; clean stairway, banisters, lights. Able to walk a lot and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to handle physical and environmental demands and tolerate extreme weather conditions.
FACILITY CUSTODIAN (Part-time) 21
Perform multiple job duties; clean casino and kitchen areas; assist with banquet setup; perform light maintenance, basic understanding of all related cleaning tasks, equipment and chemicals. Able to lift up to 50lbs.
TABLE GAMES DEALER (Extra-board) Gaming Card Required:
Ability to deal cards (400 games per hour), poker, dice, roulette, etc. a plus.
Sell chips to customers; take losing wagers; pay winning wagers; protect the bankroll.
Ability to stand, reach or twist in a noisy environment.
BAR BACK (full time 21) Gaming Registration TAM & Health Cards Required
Knowledge of liquor with ability to lift heavy kegs and cases of beer. Customer service oriented.
CAGE CASHIER (Part-time) 21, Gaming Registration required:
Computer/10-key experience required. One-year minimum cash handling experience as cage cashier preferred. Effective communication and friendly customer service skills. Exchange chips/coins for cash; cash traveler’s checks, personal checks and com-checks. Money exchange with Slots/other departments, records customer credit history, interacts with all departments and outside agencies, lifts up to 50lbs.
CUSTOMER CARE ATTENDANT (part time):
Prepare guestrooms for our guests and deliver customer care service during their stay according to established minimum standards. Basic housekeeping abilities are required and must be able to handle physical and environmental demands.
KW (KITCHEN WORKER (part time) - Health Card required
Ability to operate dish machine and floor scrubber, Assist in set-up and breakdown of banquets and meetings; able to twist, stand, reach, bend, walk and crouch and work around chemicals.
Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures of general engineering maintenance and trades with ability to take direction and follow all departmental policies.
FOOD SERVER (part-time): Health &TAM Card Required
Accountable for creating a pleasant dining experience for all guests by taking and serving food & beverage orders efficiently and courteously. Able to push and/or pull, lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. above and below shoulder level, previous experience necessary.
SNACK BAR SERVER (part-time): Health Card Required
Accountable for creating a pleasant experience for all guests by taking, preparing and serving food and beverage orders efficiently and courteously.
